Growing something other than mold

Did you look at any of Larry Hall’s videos? I’ve grown little tomatoes with his method for Walmart bags and I was impressed how well it worked. I have not tried the herb garden with the soda bottles. I doubt if the kiddy pool would work on the road. I don’t know how it would work in a van with one tomato plant in a 5 gallon bucket...  I doubt if anybody wants to grow corn in their van... maybe grow it on the rear bumper and have a bumper crop?

bLEEp, I have looked at aquaponics, too. If I liked fish, that would be the way to go but I think it would be limited how much fish you could eat if you grow them in such a small aquarium... a friend in Florida said he picked up old dead swimming pools from Craig’s list and started a business in his garage. The pools were squished to a few feet apart and he grew fish for the restaurants and Exotic plants. He ended up with a couple warehouses. Didn’t cost much of anything to start.
