Oh man, you must be getting the jitters by now. 6-8 months is too long to be short, and too short to be long. Can't wait to be in that pickle myself.

The rains have started to fall, the temperature is dropping, the fires will be out soon. I will be spending my last fall and winter in the rainy Pacific Northwest.
I get flashbacks of Southern California and all of the places I've been down south, and I get so excited that I will be in my homeland once again. I will miss Rainy Town, I'll miss the dripping, lush green rainforests, but I'm also ready to come back home. ![[-]](https://vandwellerforum.com/images/collapse.png)
