Fridge Defrost--Help?
#11
Thanks all. It's 39 degrees this morning. I nudged it up a little bit hoping to get it to 37 degrees, but I'm good with 39 if it stays there (when I'm not opening the door to check it of course).

yea the open and close can mean alot in hot areas

I say all the time to the others in the family, SHUT that damn door, this is not a house fridge, you don't hold open and study LOL get what ya need, and get out and get that door shut cause the smaller fridges and the rv ACs have fights on their hands for sure Smile

Sounds like you will be fine . Shading on the side of the rig where the fridge is helps too.
stay tuned

very true, any shade on that side of the fridge matters plus any shade over the whole rv matters in that the AC doesn't have to push so hard and it gives that extra to the rv fridge.....I get that popeye cause I live it in my rv also Smile

Still fiddling with the slider.

I usually put the awning out for shade in the morning. By noon that side of the RV is starting to get shade.
