Here in Tulia, there is a local shindig/hootenanny taking place this week, locals call it 'Picnic Week' or just 'Picnic'...vendors on the square, parades, car-shows, rodeos, concerts, etc. 

Part of the happ-nins involve various food and beverage vendors on the square all week...so check this one out:

at sometimes reasonable prices for that great food...cool
I love the tiny county fairs or events or whatever they call them, people party up locally and have a darn blast!
