What did you cook in your vehicle (van, RV, etc) today?

Microwave keto crackers that go with the cheese dip I made. No pics of the dip though... whoops.

Candy... Keto Peanut Butter Balls (or Buckeyes as some call them) and Toffee. Both are pretty sweet to me.

I also made cheesecake for Christmas Day.

Lamb on the bone, done with Ajika spice (Georgian) and a Indian rice

Wow... never heard of Ajika spice.  Been slow cooking lamb and cheap meat cuts for years.

Hey Fresno, welcome to the forum. Yes Ajika is a Georgian, the country, spice. Or at least that is where I found it. Lamb in the US and Canada is good but I am currently in Kazakstan and the lamb here is unbelievable. I have also been to New Zealand. Better here. Soft and cheap and tasty with zero lamb tallow on the roof of your mouth.

Again welcome to the forum. I look forward to your post introducing yourself to all of us.

Cheers The International Chapter NOMAD.
I used to be Scott7022 till some Drama forced a change.
