Optical Tachometer

The replacement optical tachometer arrived today.

The red led lights up, RPM is displayed when it hits the reflective sticker on fan hub.

All is well.

I've not yet played with it much yet....
Soon.

I bet I can easily rig up a red LED in the first unit, and have two functioning..
Just what i need.
