You did not ask them to check the tires for the sound you described. They were just pulled off and put back on.

It may or may not contribute to the pulling. The sound is what a bad tire makes.

a good tire shop should be able to diagnose it for you
the #1 cause of rotors warping is riding the brakes,on the downhill shift out of o/d and even to second if need be,brake,let off,brake let off no holding the brakes for more than 5-10 seconds

moog/ac delco,idler arm $56,pitman arm $55,tierod ends $82,ball joints $72 x2
budget brands but not the cheapest
idler $14,pitman$14,tie rods $25,ball joints $28 2
there are some specifics,gvw and splines but give you an idea,you can just replace whats needed but is preferred to do the whole job while you are there
toe in/out is tie rods,camber usually ball joint
