I'M THINKING REFLECTIX    THEN 1/4in OR THINNER PLYWOOD      THEN FABRIC FOR THE INSIDE

SINCE I CAN SEW MAYBE "SLIP COVERS" THAT WOOD CAN BE INSERTED INTO?

I'M THINKING THIN SPRING LOADED EXPANDABLE CURTAIN RODS TO HOLD THE PANELS IN PLACE.  3 OF THE SAFARI WINDOWS HAVE SILLS AND UP TOP THERE IS ROOM WHERE THE PLEATED SHADES ARE INSTALLED.  THE RODS WOULD BE VERTICAL INSTEAD OF HORIZONTAL<<<IS THAT SPELLED RIGHT?

I'M WORRIED ABOUT ANY USE OF NAILS, SCREWS OR EVEN PUSH PINS GOING INTO THE WALLS OF THE VAN.  WITH MY LUCK EVERY OTHER ONE IS BOUND TO END UP IN A WIRE.  PHOOEY!!
