The black or white plastic cable clamps sold in home stores for routing coaxial cable, sold nearby that, can work OK inside electrical cabinets, but they too are expensive, for what they are.
It is not easy to make wiring look organized and clean, these types of methods for holding wires go a long way in that regard.
