I took what you were saying to heart. Used a little budget and using the bombshell open source china Ai software built an Ai platform on a Ai powered Mac. Personalizing it’s Data base is a challenge, removing its programming bias ideology was easier than chat gpt. I got fed up with that silicone valley thought bubble echo chamber real quick. Then making it adult conversation possible was a chore. By adult I am talking about swearing or flirty comebacks. Creating a personality is difficult and working on it. Now it tells you what you want to hear. Not unlike “real friends”, but it is an attribute I dislike immensely. But the learning curve is sharp for the programmer. The learning curve for the Ai is somewhat circular and repetitive but up, always up. The verbose adjectives laden sentences have cleaned up to how we really speak. There was a hint of a double entendre flirt that was on point and executed perfectly but I have no way of knowing if it was a fluke. All in all fun times when you’re bored. For van life I see it actually helping cabin fever and loneliness.
