I've been doing some PT and learning to how to best live with a completely torn supraspinitus rotator cuff muscle, from when I dislocated my shoulder 15 months ago.
I should have been doing these exercises a year ago...
The leg is doing ok. Walking and driving again without crutches, etc. Still a bit swollen and don't have full range of motion back yet. I'm just so happy to be mobile again.
I should be doing my PT exercises too! I quit going because doctor said I could stop when ready. (and I was tired of the drive twice a week)
