I am considering using iron on to make my own T-shirts. I only have a color laser printer but the "paper" isn't that expensive. Might use a ton of toner though.
I use Dickies T-shirts. They fit well and are made well. Some of those shirts posted with titles like beefy seemed to imply large girth. I do fit in 34" waist jeans. Working on getting into 32" waist. Until I turned 40 and got a desk job, I had a 30" waist. Don't think I'll ever get back to that.
My Dickies also have a pocket!
