12’ Two person Kayak hangs on the side

Designed so everything will fold up to the front so I can carry my street legal 30 mph Low Speed Vehicle. Which is a hyped up 2000 Electric Club Car DS Golf Cart. Most of the time it goes in the back of my truck unless I’m pulling it with my SUV

Not really sure , I know its 1100 lbs lighter without the cart in it . My Ford Explorer(V8 Limited) does fine pulling it but there is a little azz sag going on without using any sway bars .
