well yea I get that but someone who wants to grow in a van can easily find a way. I know there are 'van meth labs' all over so to have your own van to 'grow' what plants one wants could easily be hap...

solar panels would give electricity for power for the 'grow lights' for plants in the van.....yea I can see it :) :)
