You did not ask them to check the tires for the sound you described. They were just pulled off and put back on.

Onan's are National Park approved. Unlike open frame generators. Open frame are great for new construction sites though.

I don't know why not. Just an axle stand will provide very little benefit. I think is what you are referring to a resistance training stand. Just have to get one that fits the tires on your e-bike.
