However after being pressured by government and insurance company officials they dropped the bill.

Scary stuff. And I am not a fan of contracting out the work that should be done by our government. The lowest bidder is likely not going to do the best job, in my experience.

The article was about these people’s experience with the contracted property managers, rather than the battery. The cause of the explosion wasn’t addressed.
