Update- tracks a bit better but still quite a bit off.. And the steering wheel is at almost 90 deg…. *facepalm*
Now I need to find another shop that can work on a beast with belly-tanks and is compatible with my work schedule….. sigh

I explained that the lady was not happy.
I asked for his help to get the situation fixed. She went in for an oil change and they sold her a bunch of parts. Now her van drives worse than before.
I searched all the comments to find the name of the area manager, who just happened to have admired her rig the last time she was in. He was concerned to get a call from a complete stranger that seemed to be aware of the details.
