It was viral.
The viral was strong in this one too.
I retreated to a Motel 6. I had to stop on the drive and sleep as breaking camp shattered me. Then Albertsons for juice then hotel.
105 fever. Put me in a cool bath with vodka soaked cloths on head and wrists. Couldn’t touch my tummy. So much pain.

I am under self quarantine. Haven't even let the domestic staff in. Still running a fever but it is licked and I will destroy these nasty viral invaders.

They say an overflight of 5 "Flying Manure Spreaders" in V formation , all in full spread mode will get rid of the flu......
(But you might have other concerns)
They're all being prepped now .
Loaded with the new "smart" body penetrating manure weapons.
Just waiting for the GPS.
(The last time these were used , there were no further reported cases of flu so 100% effective.)

The bloody thing reminds me of Malaria. Fever comes and goes and with it the marshmallow furniture, and peanut butter dripping walls. Delirium is such a nice thing. I thought I had knocked it down. But nooo! I got a thermometer as I don't have a nurse and needed something better than "I feel hot as hell." 105.7 mmmm not good. Two hours of tub shivering 101.3. I know I usually start convulsing around 106, knowing that ain't right! So need to be around some doctors thankfully my niece is a major specialist in California. Some horse trading and billing visa medical coverage may be required...In my rush to come down, I didn't wait around to engage my medical coverage; My Bad. So I am out of the desert and heading back to LA LA Land today.
I have been pounding the fluids Orange Blueberry and Kombucha about a litre of each over the past three days. I got cramps, as discribed by Judy Blum's book, Are You There God Its Me Margret, or if Tyson used me for a warmup bag.
It was enlightening to meet all of you this week. I really enjoyed our fireside chats and morning coffee with the camp counsellor.I saw dreams come true for others and reality sharpened for all. I can't do naked yoga so living out of has to be replaced with living IN. That will have to be a time in the future. I have a few more countries to travel to before that step. What became very clear to me is my own personal disconnect from a culture I understood as a local. Canada and America have changed in the five years I've been gone.
