I bought a corded Ridgid reciprocating saw last year to replace my 30? year old one, thinking that there would be less vibration.
Silly me, the vibration was worse with the new one, so, naturally it went back to Home Depot. The clerk that I dealt with said that my complaint was common.
I have had problems registering their life time warranty stuff. The last time, on a GEN5X floodlight, I never did get told that it was registered.
