Those stats show great engagement, and that the mods are doing the job mods really should do, which is engagement/content.
Keep this up and you’ll be at 1,000 members in no time. Like in maybe a year.

Seriously though, humbleness and the right attitude are the most critical skills for an owner. Picking good mods is next. The tech stuff should best be outsourced/paid for. (Hopefully you’re using a good turnkey service.)
Having run this kind of site in the past, one couldn’t pay me enough to deal with administering the software again.

a2 hosting,they are not part of the mega corp that owns most of the hosting sites and have been good enough so far and answer my stupid questions quick and nicely,softaculous one click software install

Cammy has the most referrals at 23, distantly followed by Gary with 6
All the mods have over 1000 posts except AbuelaLoca with 870 and Hepcat with 217
No regular member has over 1000.
Train Chaser has the highest regular member post count at 859
I'd say TC is a chatty Kathy, but I'm number 2 with 773...woulda never thunk it...didn't feel like I've been posting that much.
