My measly 640 watts seem like a whole lot to me. My recent trip I didn't have a campfire/camp stove permit, so I took my grandma's old electric skillet and prepared a nice brunch of bacon, eggs and hashbrowns on it. I have yet to get my battery bank below 80%, and it has always recharged to 100% daily. I had a rootbeer float later in the afternoon as well ! Nearly 3000 watts is OMG considering that he is backing them up with 8 L 16 6 volts for over 1500 Amp hours.
