Interesting Shit.
from my experience, when out in the bush and near a water supply washing things is not the issue it's getting them dry, especially when it's 58(14.4 for canadadanians) and raining, you can use your rigs heat source but makes it muggy as hell inside and take forever to dry a towel

no good answer to that one, guess that's why we have  electric tumble dryers

Not only do they waste water but they go junk and collect in landfills nothing is made to last.
They build what the public demands. Have you seen the brass bladed oscillating fans made long ago? I have one and it still works. I only needed to replace the old cloth covered cord (frayed) and oil on occasion. The problem is that nobody wants to pay for quality stuff. "How cheap can I get it" is the mantra and business supplies just that, cheap. Look at a modern oscillating fan. How long do you think that plastic is going to hold up? Toaster? I have one from when I was a kid, still works but don't use it, I am impatient; I got a newer one that is a lot faster.

2000 Roadtrek 200 Versatile "The Beast" (it has been tamed hopefully)  I feed it and it doesn't bite me.   Angel
