"Glad to see you made it one piece" has been used as a greeting to travelers for a long time in USA.
Maybe it became "old fashioned" at some point.
Hipsters would revive it if they thought it was ironic.

Several pieces came off.  Big Grin  A spark plug and a couple solar panels plus a light cover.

Cool

The American language is not English. Depending on inflection, bad can be good and good can be really stupid. I do have a BS in Communications ~ Public Relations.

Hey, I am in one piece only because my skin keeps the pieces from falling out

We made it to YARC Camp today.

We were in Ehrenberg a couple of days helping with the clean up. Many were working very hard and some were there for the free food I assume.

There were also the vanerazzi who spend their time taking videos and self promoting when they should be helping clean up. After all that’s what the gathering was for.

I don’t get why people would come to a gathering which has one purpose and not do a thing.

Anyway, we are gone from there. Tomorrow on to the P.O. to get a box

Many people were out there picking up broken glass, and others broke up the old burned out rv carcasses. One guy hooked onto an abandoned boat and dragged it around collecting things. My back is still not good enough to do what I did. I was in such pain last night I was throwing up. Now in YARC CAMP I can take it easy.

It was great to pull in and see Doug. Then Liz and Ed showed up later. At least we made it this year.

It’s so hard to deal with limitations, I always overdo things, then pay for it big time.
