My new to me RPod is too luxurious for me. You know me, I like some technology but not overbearing.
I think the air conditioning is too much. I can use it plugged in but boondocking, no way. Would there be a lot involved in removing it and replacing with a Fantastic Fan?
I also don’t want the tv, can I just unplug everything and remove the bolt? Any tricky wiring I would mess up?t

I had two AC's on my class A.
Took one off and replaced it with the fan.
The hole is the same size 14x14.
I re used the power wire rather than run a new one (in case I ever wanted to have two AC's again) disconnecting it from the AC breaker and connecting it to a 12v fuse in the 12v box.
Then hooked the fan to it.
Do you need a step by step reply ?
Oh , and I also replaced the other AC with a 9000btu new one so my Honda 2000 could run it...
Never put the other one back , even living in Death Valley for 7 months.
stay tuned

I wouldnt do it my self, the ac that is. I’m just wondering if i should. I don’t have enough to power it while boondockibg i know that. It does work as a fan though, but it’s loud. Sounds like a 737 taking off.
The tv us definitely coming out. Not wired, just plug, jacks, and coax cable.
