THE REALITY OF LIVING OFF GRID
#61
I know so little about the medical field I couldn't leave a rating good or bad. Just hope you get a good one and he or she can eliminate your pain.

One of my favorite Jayne Cobb lines: "Pain is scary"

+1 on the chronic pain (one long time bad knee, 'tother one is catching up, and both wrists long term), but it's been a very loooooong time since I've had the sharp brain-crashing pain. Sad

I still frequently get the intense brain fogs/shutdowns (sensory overload - mostly strong smells and/or noise).
After much frustration, I finally realized that I have to stop feeling that I can somehow defeat them, and instead just accept that it's outside my control, and give myself permission to not be "productive".
You've fought the good fight, you're allowed to rest, and even yell!
Virtual hug to all of you. Smile
