I'm liking the look of the diamond plate. A few years ago I made an awning for a guy who had built a Unimog into a camper (he did it for occasional weekends with the Boy Scouts, not full timing). Anyway, he had done the interior in diamond plate and stainless. Looked very sharp.

We got our new Field cast iron pan and its lovely. The old copper sticky pan went bye bye in a short ceremony. Unfortunately I wasn't the one to get to try the field first and I'm a bit jealous
