I would say, to start with, trade in the minivan (as you plan to do) AND keep the Toyota. Wait until you see what you are comfortable with. After all, you are changing your life style to a mobile one. Maybe in the future you will change the trailer to a Class C. At that point, you would only need two. I believe that Corollas can be towed 4 down, so, you would only need one driver.
BTW, I am towing my jeep with my Class B now.

I already chimed in on her other vehicle thread. I favor the fs van to tow with, just accept the fuel and use the diff in insurance and maintenance from the Sienna and the Corolla against the fs tow van. That’s if you “stay” more than drive. You can’t have both size/comfort and economy, something has to give.
Don’t p off family, return the car. In the end nothing we say here matters as its your choice. What you’d drive isn’t what I will be using and vice versa. I did the van and TT thing with a family and it worked fine. I also enjoyed a class C (21’) a lot and that can 4 down tow a small car as well...
They say when you get older two things happen, one is you lose your memory and the other, I forget.
Organized people are simply too lazy to search for stuff.

Why not ask the family what they think about the Corolla? It was a gift.

Maybe just park it at their place until you can tell if you need to keep it.

I'm also a bit scared about pissing off my inlaws by selling the gift they gave us so generously. If we can't take the Corolla with us, I'm actually considering simply giving it back, because I know the relative who sold it to us was planning to flip it if we didn't want it.
Help!
Can't you just ask your relative if they could buy back the corolla? and maybe use that money for something else?
People that are loving and affectionate are like delicate flowers, if you don't show them love in return and nurture them daily, they will build up a wall between you and eventually you will lose their love and trust.

Honeys can always find a parking spot and if you want to sell I may be looking.
