Gypsy, I am curious about what ya said:
And NOT be a foxtail or some such. That could mean a forced retirement for her from service.. And i cannot do Another dog.
This could seriously change my life.
Yeah.. I'm worried for her, and myself.
forced retirement? service? taking on another dog? I am lost on this statement LOL
just wondering on it.
WOW hope healing is quick and it seems big old rubber doggie boots might be what this pooch requires
hope all goes well!

She works part time for me, when out in public.
Many hours/years have been devoted to her training.
That is one of the reasons my dogs behave the way they do.

I sure hope she heals well for both of you.
Today was the first time i'd read this thread. I guess I was saving it until I needed a temporary tripod for some reason.
By the way I like your new house it looks good, I Like Purple too.

Tripod -phase 2
She is healing well, trying really hard to leave her bandage alone, like a good girl.
Bandage off Saturday! Yay

K'ne let me know the adhesive was bugging her.. so I peeled a few layers and loosened the tape. Retaining main bandage, per vet instructions, and replaced overbandage with a baby sock and some duct tape. Snug enough that it doesn't come off, but loose enough that it doesn't rub her furs too much. She is content to leave it alone again.
Good girl

Yeah- good luck with that.
With both dogs being Super Active... I would have to wrap them in Kevlar backed BubbleWrap... lol
