Well, Jim, I’ve got a couple bitchen lasagna recipes I’d love to make for the YARC crew. It would be fun to give that try in a solar oven.

strange,i thought it was for utube content

someone take a picture of Jim when he gets to yarcamp and then one right after the rtr,i want to see what looks like a vibrant 50 year old turn into a burned out 75 year old

If you can do it in a oven, you can do it better in a solar oven.

The last big meal I made was for 5 people and used 4 ovens/cookers. We had Baby back ribs, country style ribs, Posole, veggies, fresh pull apart rolls and two pineapple upside down cakes.

I am all for helping people, but they can really burn you out and take advantage. Remember if you don’t take care of yourself, you can’t help anyone else for too long.
