RE: Hello from NM! - AbuelaLoca - 11-04-2017 Multi-functional furniture, Kathleen... store stuff in ottomans and under tables covered in beautiful cloths... dollar store baskets to hold stuff as well... so many cool storage ideas now days!! Plastic rolling tub for under the bed storage, etc. RE: Hello from NM! - Kathleen - 11-04-2017 (11-04-2017, 03:41 PM)VivoEnMiFurgoneta Wrote: Multi-functional furniture, Kathleen... store stuff in ottomans and under tables covered in beautiful cloths... dollar store baskets to hold stuff as well... so many cool storage ideas now days!! Plastic rolling tub for under the bed storage, etc. Exactly! Same situation as living in a van, except bigger. I already let go of more than 1/3 of my possessions. Got a long ways to go. Sort, sort, toss, toss...and yes, I've got tons of big bins, just have to cleverly hide them. RE: Hello from NM! - Motrukdriver - 11-04-2017 Welcome to the forum Kathleen. Steamer trunks are your friend. Besides storing stuff they make interesting tables. Coffee tables, bed side tables, etc.. I have two of them from when I escaped back to the US from Germany.
RE: Hello from NM! - AbuelaLoca - 11-04-2017 I also had one of those!! My daughter now has it! Recently moved to a 200 year old adobe with mule deer, coyotes, birds, bees, trees & stone terraces on the back slope. Unremodeled adobe, lots of "character". May post pics for a few laughs. Planning to be at RTR 2018. Hope to see you there! I hope to meet you at RTR!
